Orthopaedics and joint replacement in Turkey
Turkey offers eleven of the twelve orthopaedic procedures on Medbook's list; the one missing is hip arthroscopy, which only Lithuania offers.
None of Turkey's eleven is exclusive to it, since Lithuania has every one of them too, so each brings up at least two countries in your results. A third country, South Korea, appears for four of them, and the other seven, joint replacement among them, are shared with Lithuania alone.
You see a price only when a clinic makes you an offer.

What you can have done in Turkey
For the knee, Turkey offers knee replacement, knee arthroscopy and meniscus repair, and ACL and ligament reconstruction; for the hip, hip replacement; for the shoulder, shoulder replacement and shoulder arthroscopy with rotator cuff repair. Of these knee, hip and shoulder procedures, South Korea offers only the shoulder arthroscopy. Turkey also offers foot and ankle surgery, osteotomy and limb alignment, and three procedures South Korea offers too: bunion and toe surgery, hand, wrist and elbow surgery, and joint injections, including PRP. Medbook's guide to orthopaedics, under Treatments, describes each of them.
If none of the names matches what your doctor has told you, choose "Not sure yet" under orthopaedics. You can also pick several procedures; the clinic looks at all of them, with the rest of your case, before it makes an offer.
How the trip usually goes
The orthopaedics guide also lists the X-rays, other scans and letters worth bringing together before the trip.
Once an offer is confirmed, your roadmap needs the flight before the transfer, and each can be booked by you or handed to Medbook. In Turkey, an interpreter is among the services for your stay, and a personal coordinator sorts out practical matters. An orthopaedic stay is more than the day of the operation: it usually starts with appointments and ends with recovery time before the flight home, and your clinic confirms the dates in its offer. Whether follow-up after the operation is included can differ from offer to offer, so check it before confirming.
Questions
Can a surgeon in Turkey see my X-rays before I travel?
Ask in the online consultation, which is among Turkey's services and takes place before you travel. That is the moment to find out which X-rays or MRI scans the clinic would like to see and how to send them.
Can I ask Turkey about hip arthroscopy together with a knee procedure?
You can put both in your request, but an offer from Turkey can cover only the knee procedure, because hip arthroscopy is the one orthopaedic procedure Turkey does not offer. Lithuania offers both, and each destination in your results shows which of your choices it covers.
Can I choose joint injections on their own?
Yes. Joint injections, including PRP, are a procedure of their own and one of the four orthopaedic procedures that Turkey, Lithuania and South Korea all offer, so your results show all three countries. Which of them you ask is up to you.
