Destinations for treatment abroad
These are the countries where Medbook arranges treatment today. Each card shows a country's cities and how many treatment areas it offers.
Open a country to see its cities, the treatment areas available there and what is arranged for you, such as transfers, accommodation or an online consultation before you travel. From a treatment area you can go on to the procedures offered in that country. The services differ from country to country, so each country page lists exactly what applies there.
You see a price only when a clinic makes you an offer.
Choosing between countries
There is no single right country. These points help you compare them:
- Distance and flights. Look at how far each country is from where you live and how easy it is to fly there. When you describe your case, you tell the assistant where you travel from.
- Treatment areas. Not every treatment is offered in every country. Each country page lists the treatment areas available there, and your results show only the countries that offer what you need.
- Services arranged for you. They differ by country: transfers, accommodation, an interpreter, a personal coordinator, visa support, an online consultation before you travel or aftercare. Each country page lists the ones available there.
- Cities. Treatment takes place in the cities listed for each country. Check that you can get there easily and stay for the length of your trip.
You do not have to decide before you start. You can ask several countries for offers and compare them.
Questions
Can I ask several countries at once?
Yes. After you describe your case, you see every destination that offers your treatment and choose which ones to ask. You can pick one country or several and compare the offers you receive.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your citizenship and the country you travel to. Each country page links to that country's official visa page, where you can check the rules that apply to you. Where visa support is among the services arranged, the country page says so.
