5. Sharing of Information with Third Parties
Travel agency data sharing
MedBook Global works with contracted travel agency partners to assemble trip packages (hotel, airport transfer, flight recommendations) for confirmed patients.
Travel agencies receive: first name, travel dates, destination city, treatment duration, and any medically relevant travel needs (e.g. mobility requirements).
Travel agencies do NOT receive: full medical history, diagnostic data, X-rays, budget information, or clinic identity.
All travel agency partners sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) before receiving any patient data.
Patient explicit consent is obtained before any data is shared with a travel agency.
